It’s usually possible to takeover your alarm system (subject to a free survey) and either continue with or re-instate both Maintenance and/or Monitoring with either Keyholder only or Police Response.

We are familiar with all the common names in the industry like Menvier, Scantronic, Texecom, Galaxy and many others. We are also a company registered with the SSAIB and as such are acceptable to Police & Insurers.

We could also save you money as we don’t charge for reset codes and we have cover options that are inclusive of labour charges - even for 24hr callouts.
Also there are now new tariffs that eliminate call charges on your phone bill and, in some cases, by changing to a different type of monitoring service some savings on insurance may also be made. To help with your cashflow we provide monthly, quarterly or bi-annual payments for Maintenance and/or Monitoring.

It may be even be possible to connect your existing system via VERA so that you may enjoy the many benefits of Remote Diagostics including email printouts of the alarm log and , if desired, the management of your User Codes or Tags.
